The Government Printing Works (GPW) invites applications from suitably qualified graduates for the Organisational Development and Change Management Internship Programme. The successful candidate will gain practical exposure to organisational performance improvement, workforce planning, business process re-engineering, and change management initiatives. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in analysing organisational structures, supporting change interventions, and improving operational efficiency within the public sector environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting organisational design and work-study investigations
• Support in analysing and mapping business processes for efficiency improvements
• Participate in developing and implementing change management strategies and communication plans
• Assist with the review and alignment of job profiles, structures, and workflows
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and productivity assessments
• Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and organisational development documentation
• Participate in stakeholder engagement sessions and change readiness assessments
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to organisational development projects

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
• Work-Study
• Operations Management
• Management Services
• Production Management
